Documentation will be required for the opening of your international offshore merchant account. The documents required will vary depending upon the bank underwriting the merchant account, and may include the following:

• Certified, Notarised copies of company incorporation/registration documents.
• Certified Copies of identification (passport or driver's license) of the Directors (including Nominee Director if applicable) and beneficial owners of the company (color scanned).
• Copy of a utility bill showing the residential address of each of the beneficial owners.
• Voided pre-printed company cheque or electronic funds transfer form.
• Most recent 6 months processing statements (if already processing).
• Other documentation as requested by underwriting Banks/Acquirers.

Envision Global Solutions charges a one-time Merchant Account Opening and Administration Fee (plus courier charges) for the collection and preparation of the required documentation. We negotiate with our network of merchant acquirers and providers on your behalf at no upfront cost to you. Your one-time setup fee is charged ONLY when we have received tentative upfront approval from the payment processing provider and you decide to proceed to open your merchant account through Envision Global Solutions.

Additionally, any applicable merchant account, processing rates and transaction fees are charged ONLY when your merchant account and payment gateway is setup and operational. In the event that we are unable to get tentative approval of your merchant account, you owe us absolutely nothing.

Please note that in order to process an application for an ecommerce merchant account you must have a completed, functioning website (not under construction).
